Kim Bell has been passionate about real estate since 1992, initially working in sales, then listing, and appraising for tax purposes. She then ventured into private fee appraising in 1998 and has since gained extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, commercial leasing, and residential appraisals. Operating in Volusia and Flagler counties, she established her appraisal business in 2003 while continuing to sell real estate with a top-producing company, regularly producing in the top 10% of REALTORS® in the area. Kim holds various certifications and designations, in addition to being a Florida real estate broker, FHA Approved Appraiser, permitted real estate instructor, permitted residential appraisal instructor and Graduate of REALTOR® institute. Additionally, she has served on the Veterans Affairs Appraisal panel since 2017 and has completed thousands of appraisals. Since 2014, Kim has been teaching real estate appraisal classes and has quickly and successfully enhanced her course offerings. All of Kim's classes aim to share relevant, current information and inspire participants to learn new facts that will enhance their career path substantially. Kim has been known to have a few “AHA” moments in each of her classes when students share their excitement about learning something new. Her students have gotten to know her as the Duck Lady, as she always has small rubber ducks to emphasize the importance of ‘Keeping Your Ducks in a Row’! In her leisure time, she enjoys family travel, visits to Disney World, and attending car shows in her convertible. Kim actively supports missions such as Cancer Care Gift Bags, The Legacy House, Family Renew, and the University of Florida Campus Christian House, focusing on foster children that age out of the system, and family rebuilding.
